Cortijo el Moro Art Residency

2026 Open Call Deadline: 31 Aug 2026 Country: Spain Cortijo el Moro Art Residency is a dedicated space for artists, set on the edge of the Sierra de Maria natural park, Andalucía, Spain. Here you will find inspiration, peace and the space to think, create and play. Set within a sympathetically restored cortijo, we offer 4 bedrooms, a communal studio, use of the ceramics workshop, shared kitchen, bathrooms (2), internal and external spaces, including a wonderful roof terrace, a fly-free and over 2 acres of land to wander, where you will find olive, fig, walnut, pomegranate and persimmon trees – we are confident you will find everything you need here, including oodles of inspiration! Established in 2025, Cortijo el Moro’s art residency welcomes artists, writers and researchers from across the globe, practising in any media.
