Join us every Saturday and Sunday from June 6 to September 27, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. for free outdoor yoga in one of Toronto’s most scenic waterfront settings. Presented in collaboration with NÜLOVE, classes combine hatha and vinyasa yoga with a focus on mindfulness, core strength, and creating a deeper connection between breath, body, and spirit. Suitable for all experience levels, these welcoming sessions are designed to help you move, reset, and recharge outdoors. This year’s program also features special monthly experiences including Acro Yoga Fusion, Yoga Dance Parties with Dance Alchemy, Awaken with JUNGLETO (a yoga and fitness fusion), Pilates, live music, meditation, and more, offering new ways to move, breathe, and connect throughout the season. Classes are free, rain or shine, and no registration is required. Just bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sun protection, and enjoy the experience.
