1. Data we use

Account data includes your email address, its verification status, name and interface language. Account features hold profile information, portfolio materials and links, saved opportunities, filters and other information you add to available features.

Operational and security data includes sessions and issued access keys, IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and results, and technical logs. If you contact us, we process your message and contact details.

Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive data that the service does not require. Provide other people's data only when you have a lawful basis to do so.

2. Purposes and grounds

Account and profile data supports registration, sign-in confirmation, saved settings and materials, requested features and responses to inquiries. Technical data supports abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service operation.

Depending on applicable law, grounds include performing the user agreement, legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations, or your consent where required. The service's interests do not override your rights.

Optional Google Analytics is enabled only after a separate choice in the banner. Registering does not consent to analytics or promotional emails. Sign-in emails are part of the functionality you request.

3. Access and technical providers

Project team members, technical contractors and the AI tools they use may access data when administering and supporting the service. Account materials are not automatically published in the public directory.

Resend delivers emails. Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms from bots and receives browser and device signals, including IP addresses. Hosting infrastructure and monitoring systems process technical data for operation and diagnostics.

Our self-hosted Umami provides visit statistics without analytics cookies. Google Analytics runs with your consent. Links to external providers' privacy information are listed below.

Technical providers may process data outside your country. Applicable international transfer and data protection requirements continue to apply. Data may also be disclosed in response to a binding lawful requirement.

If you connect your own agent or visit an organizer's website, that party's further processing is subject to its own terms. You can revoke a key issued to your agent in your account.

4. Cookies and local storage

A session cookie supports sign-in, and language preferences are also stored. Browser local storage may hold your analytics choice and viewed-card markers. Removing necessary cookies may sign you out or reset preferences.

You can change your Google Analytics choice using Cookies on public pages. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics loading but does not by itself erase data already received by the provider. You can also clear settings and local data through your browser.

5. Retention and security

Account data and materials are kept until the account or relevant materials are deleted. Contact us to request account deletion. Some information may be retained longer where needed to meet legal duties, handle disputes or investigate abuse; retention depends on the relevant purpose and mandatory requirements.

Technical records and backups are deleted or replaced through maintenance and rotation. Deletion from the live system does not mean immediate removal from every backup. Contact us for retention details and any deletion limits affecting your data.

Safeguards include encrypted connections, server-side access checks, storing token hashes instead of original values, and request limits. These measures reduce risk but do not promise absolute security.

6. Requests and your rights

You may request information about your data, correction, a copy or deletion, and restriction, objection or portability where applicable law provides those rights. We may ask you to verify control of your account email to confirm your identity.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Deleting information needed for your account may make related features unavailable.

We handle requests within the deadlines required by applicable law. You retain the right to contact a competent regulator or court. Start a request using the contact at the end of this page.

7. Policy updates

The current version is published here with its update date. We communicate material changes to processing purposes or practices through the interface or by email. We request separate consent when it is required for new processing.
