Open Call for Land-Ecological Art on Eulsukdo, Busan Competition | Promoted just added Updated: 21 September 2026 Competition | Promoted just added Open Call for Land-Ecological Art on Eulsukdo, Busan Updated: 21 September 2026 Busan Metropolitan City invites individuals or teams worldwide to propose a site-responsive land-ecological artwork for Eulsukdo, an estuarine island and major migratory bird habitat at the mouth of the Nakdong River, South Korea’s longest river. The competition seeks an original proposal that responds to Eulsukdo’s ecology, landscape, history, and changing environment while minimizing ecological disturbance and demonstrating environmental responsibility throughout the artwork’s life cycle. Who can apply: Individuals or teams who are professionally active in art, landscape architecture, architecture, design or related fields worldwide.
