Ars Biologica ArtXScience Residency 2027–2028 Artist in Residence just added Updated: 10 September 2026 Artist in Residence just added Ars Biologica ArtXScience Residency 2027–2028 Updated: 10 September 2026 A fully funded ArtXScience residency inviting creatives to collaborate with scientists on ecological challenges. Selected projects will explore soil or aquatic microorganisms through spatial artworks and community engagement, culminating at the Ars Biologica Festival 2028. Who can apply: Artists, designers, creatives and collectives of any nationality, aged 18+, with over five years of professional practice and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, ArtXScience and community engagement. Applicants must be eligible to work and travel in the EU. What you get: €24,000 total funding, including a €6,000 artist fee, up to €15,000 production budget and €3,000 for travel and subsistence. Accommodation for one-month stays in České Budějovice is separately covered. Deadline 28 September 2026
