Fuji) supporting research, creation, and exchange across disciplines. Stays range 30–90 days. Selection is based on originality, curiosity, and the strength of your proposed project. Who can apply: Individuals or groups across visual art, design, literature, performance, music, and manga/cartoon. Applications accepted in Japanese or English. Artists must be able to cover all costs, arrange insurance, and secure any required visa. What you get: A 30–90 day residency environment near Lake Saiko with curatorial selection and limited local transport support (within ~1 hour driving, no highways). Note: no scholarships/financial aid and generally no exhibition space provided.
