The exhibition explores gender, identity, the body, culture and the diversity of living beings through the philosophical perspective of Yin and Yang from the Yi Jing. Who can apply: Artists aged 18 and over from any nationality and country of residence may apply. There are no restrictions regarding artistic education, professional status or level of experience. We welcome professional artists, emerging artists, independent creators, art students and recent graduates, researchers, designers, photographers, video artists, performers, dancers, sound artists and interdisciplinary practitioners. Individual artists and artistic collectives are eligible. What you get: Selected artists will have their work exhibited in a public cultural venue in central Paris during QIANKUN 2027. They will be invited to the opening reception and may participate in artist meetings, guided tours and cultural discussions. Artists will receive a participation certificate and exhibition documentation, including photographs. Selected works may also be offered for sale during the exhibition. Artists may benefit from editorial and media promotion in France and internationally, as well as potential future collaborations with artists, curators and cultural partners.
