KRE8!Lab is an international movement intensive directed by choreographer and movement director Marso Rivière. Rooted in Hip Hop culture and inspired by contemporary movement practices, the programme brings together dancers, breakers, movers and performers from around the world to train, exchange ideas and develop their individual artistic voice. This is more than a dance workshop. KRE8!Lab is a creative laboratory where technical training meets improvisation, movement research and performance. Through a balance of physical practice and creative exploration, participants are encouraged to challenge habits, embrace new perspectives and discover fresh ways of moving and creating. The programme is intensive. it includes daily classes and creative sessions exploring Breaking, Hip Hop, House, floorwork, partnering, improvisation, composition, freestyle development and movement research. Alongside the training, participants will have opportunities to collaborate, exchange ideas and become part of an inspiring international community. Hosted in the vibrant village of Arambol, the intensive takes place in a peaceful venue surrounded by nature and the ocean, with accommodation options, a swimming pool, café and easy access to the beach. The setting offers the perfect balance between focused training and time to recharge. KRE8!Lab is an open level experience, welcomes experienced dancers, breakers, contemporary dancers, circus artists and movers who are curious, open-minded and ready to explore beyond technique.
