UTS Library Creative in Residence 2027 Artist in Residence just added Updated: 17 September 2026 Artist in Residence just added UTS Library Creative in Residence 2027 Updated: 17 September 2026 UTS Library is seeking its 2027 Creative in Residence. Open to emerging and established creatives across disciplines, the residency invites an ambitious but achievable new work that activates the Library’s spaces, culture and community. Applicants do not need to be affiliated with UTS. Who can apply: All Creatives, All Mediums, All Levels of expertise for anyone based in Australia. What you get: - $15,000 remuneration covering time, creative work, superannuation, travel and accommodation - $5,000 materials and production budget - Six-month residency at UTS Library, approximately March–September 2027 - Dedicated workspace and computer - Access to UTS Library spaces and collections - Curatorial and project support - Support for community engagement activities and public programming - Installation, marketing and promotional support - Dedicated public launch showcasing the completed work - Opportunities to connect with the UTS community and broader GLAM sector - Documentation of the completed work within the UTS Library collection - A highly visible platform within UTS Library in central Sydney Deadline 26 October 2026
