VisArts Emerging Curator Program 2027 Curator in Residence just added Updated: 22 October 2026 Curator in Residence just added VisArts Emerging Curator Program 2027 Updated: 22 October 2026 VisArts invites emerging curators and artists interested in exhibition-making to develop and present an exhibition with an experienced mentoring curator. The year-long programme combines curatorial research, exhibition development, public programming and community engagement, with a focus on enriching audience experiences. Who can apply: Emerging curators and artists interested in curating and exhibition-making. International applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. VisArts cannot provide or assist with visas. What you get: A US$10,000 budget covering exhibition costs and curatorial fees, staff support for printing, promotion and programming, and hands-on mentorship. The programme includes an exhibition at VisArts’ Kaplan Gallery, scheduled for October 2027 to January 2028. Deadline 18 December 2026
