Home Page Arts and Culture Colwood Society invites Members to enter non-juried wall artwork for the upcoming Pottery Show ’A Well Clayed Table’. Exhibition dates are October 22nd to November 15th 2026. The pottery for this show will be a juried exhibition that honors the artistry and tradition of handcrafted tableware, celebrating the essential role of pottery in the rituals of dining, gathering, and sharing. Exhibition dates are October 22nd to November 15th 2026. The pottery for this show will be a juried exhibition that honors the artistry and tradition of handcrafted tableware, celebrating the essential role of pottery in the rituals of dining, gathering, and sharing. The criteria for the wall art is to depict handmade pottery of any kind in a still life setting with or without other types of objects. Scenes of family/ friends gathering around a table would be most welcome, as well as strictly still life, including abstract pieces along the theme of table tops with/ or pottery shapes. It must be artwork intended to hang on the wall including 3D that can be hung with our hanging wire/hook system. To submit pottery for tables/plinths, please see the Calls to Artists for "A Well Clayed Table" or email Rebecca at [email protected] for submission information. WallArt Submission dates are August 23 to Oct 4th OR until we reach the first 50 pieces, non-juried, with a size restriction of no more than 24x24 and must be wired with D-rings and framed, if the substrate is less than 1.5 inches deep. Submit non-juried wall artwork Aug 23–Oct 4 (or until 50 pieces reached); max 24x24in, wired with D-rings, framed if substrate under 1.5in deep; up to two pieces at $20 each. For tabletop/plinth pottery pieces, see separate 'Calls to Artists' or email Rebecca.
