Palazzo Monti Residency Deadline: 30 Sep 2026 Country: Italy Thanks for your interest in Palazzo Monti. Please find below the application requirements and some information that may help you have a better idea of the residency. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Covered by the Palazzo: private bedroom, private studio, monthly utilities, basic production supplies, participation to on-site events and dinners with guests and visitors. Length: one month, to be scheduled based on your availability, pending approval of the application. Application deadlines: Deadline: Wednesday 30th September 2026, 12am CET Feedback by: Friday 16th October July 2026 Next deadline: Thursday 31st December 2026, 12am CET Covered by the Artist: travel, food, artwork return shipping and production supplies. Facilities for residents: private accommodation in a beautiful room inside the Palazzo, shared bathroom (we have 5 bathrooms in total), access to a fully equipped kitchen, storage space and a private studio. Artwork donation: In return we ask for one artwork created while in residence to be donated to Palazzo Monti’s public collection. Support: during your stay, there will be other artists in residency to share ideas with and get inspired by. While we can’t organize shows for each of the residents, we always organize a series of events to introduce your work to our contacts. These vary from open studios, private dinners, group shows and so on. Duration of residency The length varies based on availability, and we normally invite artists to come and stay for a full month, but shorter or longer stays may be an option. If your application is approved, we will discuss together the length and period for the residency to better suit your availability Accommodation Covered by the Palazzo: private bedroom, private studio, monthly utilities, basic production supplies,participation to on-site events and dinners with guests and visitors.Covered by the Artist: travel, food and supplies.You will have private accommodation in a beautiful room inside the Palazzo, shared bathroom (we have 5 bathrooms), access to a fully equipped kitchen, storage space and a studio. Disciplines, work equipment and assistance Any kind of artist is welcome. We will be happy to help the artists to find what they need to work on their projects. We will provide them the equipment and the support to complete they works of art.Studio / Workspace Each artist will have a private and well equipped studio at Palazzo.Fees and support If you’d like to get inserted in our review process, the application fee is €25. PayPal is the preferred payment method and you can pay directly to our account by clicking on this link. If you want to pay with credit/debit card but don’t have a PayPal account just let us know and we can setup a payment link for you without login needed. On some cases we can also accept bank transfer payments – please get in touch if you’d like to proceed with this method. Expectations towards the artist We ask for one artwork created while in residence to be donated to Palazzo Monti.You will find here our FAQ.
